These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 344bd website, mobile platform, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). 344bd provides online casino gaming, sports betting, live dealer games, and related entertainment services to registered users in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 344bd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an organisation or another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation or person to these Terms.

344bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Platform or any part thereof at any time and for any reason without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the 344bd Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age and can provide government-issued identification to verify your age upon request.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which participation in online casino and sports betting is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through the 344bd Responsible Gaming tools or any external self-exclusion scheme.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party when placing bets or operating your account.

To access the full features of the 344bd Platform, you are required to register a personal account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times and must notify 344bd promptly of any changes.

• Each individual may register only one account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any third party.
• 344bd reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any point, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or following a period of account inactivity.
• Any account found to contain false or misleading registration information will be suspended immediately and all associated funds may be forfeited pending investigation.

344bd employs 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all account data and communications. However, you acknowledge that no internet transmission is entirely secure and that you share responsibility for keeping your account access credentials confidential.

344bd processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals made on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit, though 344bd reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. 344bd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Before any withdrawal is approved, identity verification (KYC) must be completed. 344bd may request copies of government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during high-traffic periods or where additional verification is required.
• 344bd does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or card issuer may apply their own transaction fees independently of 344bd.

344bd reserves the right to reverse a deposit or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if the transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or in violation of these Terms. In such cases, 344bd will contact the account holder using the registered contact details on file.

344bd offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses on first deposit, reload bonuses, free spin offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh events. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any bonus-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player per promotion, unless otherwise explicitly stated. Players found to be exploiting bonus offers through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting patterns will have their accounts suspended.
• 344bd reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotional offer at any time. If a bonus is cancelled after it has been credited, any winnings derived from the bonus will be removed from the account balance.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the maximum win cap and game restrictions specified in the individual promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• Seasonal bonuses tied to Bangladesh cultural events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and BPL season are available to eligible registered players only. These promotions are time-limited and may not be extended beyond the advertised expiry date.

Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. 344bd reserves the right to request additional verification before releasing bonus-derived winnings for withdrawal.

All games available on the 344bd Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing equipment operated by professionally trained dealers. The outcome of every game is determined solely by the certified RNG or by the physical dealing process and is not influenced by 344bd, the player's account history, or the size of the bet placed.

• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing a bet. Game rules are accessible from within each game interface. Bets placed are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, game disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a wager, 344bd will investigate the incident using server-side logs. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the stake will be refunded to the player's account.
• Sports betting markets are offered subject to availability and may be suspended or settled early at 344bd's discretion in the event of match abandonment, postponement, or the use of official reserve results.
• Any winnings resulting from a demonstrable technical error, software fault, or incorrectly displayed odds that do not reflect 344bd's intended pricing will be voided. 344bd will notify the affected player and refund the original stake where applicable.

344bd reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or series of bets at its discretion. Maximum payout limits will be communicated to players upon request and may be applied without prior notice where fraud or system abuse is suspected.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 344bd Platform. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive — 344bd reserves the right to determine that other conduct constitutes a breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, sports betting results, or the settlement of any wager.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, display errors, or incorrectly priced betting markets for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided and the account suspended.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity. 344bd will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally in relation to any suspected criminal activity.
• Registering multiple accounts to circumvent a self-exclusion, abuse a bonus offer, or evade a previously imposed account restriction or suspension.

344bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of the Platform. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for a small proportion of players and we provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 344bd account holders:

• Deposit limits — players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from their account settings page. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session time reminders — players may configure time alerts that notify them when a session has reached a specified duration, helping to prevent extended unplanned gambling sessions.
• Cooling-off period — players may apply a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the account will be inaccessible for all gambling activity but withdrawal of existing balances remains available.
• Self-exclusion — players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting the 344bd support team at [email protected]. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months.

344bd enforces a strict 21+ age restriction. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts closed immediately and any deposits returned. 344bd will not process any withdrawal of winnings accumulated by an underage player.

344bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice. The circumstances in which 344bd may take such action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• Failure to complete the required KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 344bd following a withdrawal request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment.
• A request by the account holder to close the account voluntarily, including requests made under the self-exclusion tool.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of KYC verification and provided no breach of these Terms has been established. Balances derived from bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited.

All content on the 344bd Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, data compilations, and game assets, is the exclusive property of 344bd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 344bd Platform without the prior written consent of 344bd. Any unauthorised use of 344bd intellectual property will be subject to immediate legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 344bd and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial losses, even if 344bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

344bd does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 344bd makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose or as to the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any information provided thereon.

344bd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at https://344bd.pro/privacy-policy. By registering an account on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

344bd will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. 344bd may share data with trusted service providers who assist in the operation of the Platform, subject to confidentiality obligations. Data may also be disclosed to regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.

344bd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 344bd will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will be effective from the date of publication on the Platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after any revision is published constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the Bangladesh market. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the 344bd Platform, shall first be referred to the 344bd support team for resolution through good-faith negotiation.

Dispute submissions must be made in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. 344bd will acknowledge receipt of the dispute within 3 business days and will endeavour to provide a full resolution within 14 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation.
